REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2025 AVAILABLE COURSES AT EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE:

REQUIREMENTS OF NATED (N) COURSES:

• To apply for NATED Engineering Studies you need to have passed matric with Mathematics and Physical Sciences OR have Technical subjects OR Passed NCV L4 in related fields
• To apply for NATED Business Studies you need to have passed matric with Accounting/Business studies OR other commercial subjects OR Passed NCV L4 in related fields
• To apply for NATED Utility Studies you need to have passed matric with Business studies/Hospitality OR Tourism OR Passed NCV L4 in related fields

REQUIREMENTS OF NCV COURSES:

• To apply for NCV Engineering Studies you need to have passed Grade 9, 10, 11 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.
• To apply for NCV Business Studies you need to have passed Grade 9, 10, 11 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.
• To apply for NCV Utility Studies you need to have passed Grade 9, 10,11 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.

How to apply at Ehlanzeni TVET College for 2025

Here is a step by step guide on how to apply online at Ehlanzeni TVET college for 2025:

1. Visit the Ehlanzeni TVET College website
2. Click on the "Apply Here" button to get started
3. Select No on Do you already have a student number?
4. Select No on Returning to complete application
5. Skip the Do you have a Qualification Token? question 
6. Read the Protection of Personal Information Act, if you agree click on I Accept
7. Click on the next button
8. Capture your biographical information and click "next" to proceed with your application;
9. Capture results details then add subjects and click "next";
10. Capture educational institution detail and click "next";
11. Capture academic application details (choose 2 choices/programmes you wish to apply for), click on "add qualification" and thereafter click "next";
12. Verify/Check your application details then click "continue";
13. Create your 5 digit PIN (e.g 24689), click "I accept"(twice) checkbox thereafter click "Submit Application";
14. Upload your documents, select "yes" on the dropdown list if all your documents are ready to be uploaded and then click "next";
15. Click "Load/View Document" >> "Upload document" >> "Choose/Browse file" go to the folder where your documents are stored, choose the relevant document and click "save";
16. Once all documents have been uploaded click "complete upload";
17. Confirmation Page, end of application

NB: Remember to write a placement test!!

• Your certified ID copy 
• Your certified copy of latest results (matric certificate/school report)
• Certified copy of parent/guardian identity document 
• Your proof of residence

Applications for the 2025 academic year should reach Ehlanzeni TVET College by 31 October 2024. Only online applications submitted in time will be processed! Ensure that you fill in your online application in full because incomplete applications will not be allowed for the 2025 applications.
