TVET NATIONAL DIPLOMA GENERAL REQUIREMENTS - NATED STUDIES:

• You need to have passed your matric OR NCV L4 in the related fields
• You need to have passed physical science, mathematics or technical subjects to study in the engineering field.
• You need to have passed accounting, business studies, or other commercial subjects to study in the Business field.
• You need to have passed tourism or hospitality to study in the utility field.

TVET NATIONAL CERTIFICATE VOCATIONAL - NCV STUDIES:

• You need to have passed grade 9, 10 or 11 to qualify for NCV courses
• OR you need to be in possession with an ABET Level 4 certificate.

How to apply at False Bay TVET College for 2025

Here is a step by step guide on how to apply online at False Bay TVET college for 2025:

1. Visit the False Bay TVET College website HERE 
2. Complete the Career Interest Questionnaire HERE before you apply 
3. After completing the test click on the "Apply Now" button 
4. Register an account on the application portal 
5. Complete the online application form. 
6. Upload the required documents.

• All new applicants must complete the Career Interest Questionnaire before applying.

False Bay TVET College Required Documents

Your 2025 application at False Bay TVET College must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Your certified ID copy 
• Your certified copy of latest results (matric certificate/school report)
• Certified copy of parent/guardian identity document 
• Your proof of residence

CLOSING DATE

2025 Applications will close on the 31st of October 2024 at False Bay TVET College. Successful applicants will receive notification by means of an offer letter. The offer letter can be accessed via the Application Portal and must be accepted on the Application Portal within 5 days from date of issue. 

NB: False Bay TVET College online applications closing date has been extended. The new closing date is not yet confirmed therefore ensure that you apply as soon as possible as applications can close anytime!!

Once applicants have accepted the offer letter, they will be issued with an addendum which needs to be completed and uploaded together with either proof of payment or Bursary Office approval notice (bursary slip) via the Application Portal.

On acceptance of offer letter, the Bursary Office will contact the applicants who indicated in their application that they are applying for a bursary. The Bursary Office will explain the process to be followed and documents required.
These documents will be checked and verified by the relevant campus after which admission will be approved.
