Taletso TVET College is the result of a merger between Lehurutshe College of Education, Mafikeng College and Lichtenburg College. The three campuses are situated in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality of the North West Province. The College targets students around Itsoseng, Bodibe, Lichtenburg, Boikhutso, Biesiesvlei, Sannieshof, Ottosdal, Coligny, Mafikeng, Lehurutshe, Zeerust and Botswana, but is open to other areas..

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2025 AVAILABLE COURSES AT TALETSO TVET COLLEGE:

Taletso TVET College admission requirements vary depending on the course you want to apply for. Here are general requirements of courses offered at Taletso TVET College:

NATED Engineering Studies:

To apply for NATED Engineering Studies you need to have passed matric with Mathematics and Physical Sciences OR have Technical subjects.

NATED Business Studies:

To apply for NATED Business Studies you need to have passed matric with Accounting/Business studies OR other commercial subjects 

NATED Utility Studies:

To apply for NATED Utility Studies you need to have passed matric with Business studies/Hospitality OR Tourism

NCV Engineering Studies:

To apply for NCV Engineering Studies you need to have passed Grade 9 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.

NCV Business Studies:

To apply for NCV Business Studies you need to have passed Grade 9 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.

NCV Utility Studies:

To apply for NCV Utility Studies you need to have passed Grade 9 OR have ABET Level 4 certificate.

• Click on the "Apply" tab under prospective students
• Fill in your personal details and upload the required documents
• Submit your application

• All prospective students should first complete the student profiler (Placement test) then apply.

Remember to write down and store safely your Username and Password when doing the Placement Screening Registration. If your internet connection drops, you may return the same way as a Returning User and you can continue where you left off. You will be requested to sign an acknowledgment that you prefer to make your own choice outside of the placement screening report. Your report can be viewed and saved by you.
